Shipping policy

Most The Plant Muvah products are made to order or fulfilled by one of our production partners. Because of this, processing times may vary by product.

Processing & Fulfillment
Most orders are produced specifically for you. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production and processing before shipment. Some orders may ship sooner.

Pre-Orders
Items identified as pre-order products will ship according to the estimated timeframe shown on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, they may arrive separately.

Shipping & Delivery
After fulfillment, shipping time varies by destination and carrier. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to carrier delays.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages if different production partners fulfil them.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delays may occur that are outside our control. If your order appears lost, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at cs@theplantmuvah.com, and we will help review the issue.
